I'm often asked what's my diet...well it changes throughout the year. I don't "diet", I practice lifestyle changes. Depending on how I'm feeling or what I'm doing I may detox for 21-30 days on raw veggies/fruits. If I'm lifting heavy or increasing my cardio I may eat more protein/carbs. I just try to have a well balance intake of daily vitamins/nutrients. I don't believe that a pill or a vitamin will ever give me the nutrients that God's foods from the earth will provide.
I'm a firm believer that almost every sickness is a vitamin deficiency that has taken place over an extended period of time. Increase your raw in take and your health will change for the better.
Let thy food be thy medicine...

DINNER: Salad in a Jar
*I noticed that you have to plan snacks out for the week or you will slip and slip up bad! Lately we have been trying to do dehydrated sweet potato chips, beets and kale. DH is becoming a master at making kale chips. I must admit he has finally found a good staple snack for the house. Even our baby boy loves them!!!! Plus their pretty inexpensive at $2.49 a bunch, which made more than two trays.
So what diet changes are you making this week?
