DH finally found a watermelon with seeds after weeks of searching for one. I quickly learned that a nonhybrid watermelon with seeds is actually pretty hard to come by these days. After we finally found one, my husband decided to juice it and make some watermelon juice. The juice was so refreshing that I decided to finally use the Onyx Stainless Steel Popsicle Molds that I purchased from Zukababy, on Magazine street, in New Orleans some time back. I wanted a popsicle mold that wasn't made out of plastic so I was glad to have found this set.
I just poured the juice into the popsicle molds, then froze it for about 8 hours or so until the juice had frozen. The popsicles are not only healthy, but very refreshing. Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of vitamin A.
Did you noticed that I only have 4 molds? Well, blame it on my baby boy that's running around this house.
