My husband and I are kicking up our juicing lately. My husband is the Juiceman in our family so every morning he has been doing a power punch carrot & apple juice before breakfast. I can literally feel the vitamins and minerals feeding the living cells in my body.
INGREDIENTS:
8 large carrots
2 apples
Juice, then blend together, this makes about 20 ounces of juice. As you can see from the following nutritional charts for carrots and apples, this juice is about 4 times the carrot chart plus 1 times the apple chart. Skip the coffee and have a live V8.
