Raw Banana Pancakes
Serves 1 (about 10-15 pancakes)
4 large bananas
1 cup raw buckwheat flour
4-6 medjool dates
4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup cashew or almond milk
1) Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor. The mix should be similar to regular pancake mix
2) Pour in 1/4 cup spoonfuls onto a parchment lined dehydrator tray.

) Dehydrate at 115 degrees for about 15 hrs. Flip the pancakes at the half way point. It’s very important not to over-dehydrate here, so check the pancakes often. 
4) Serve with fresh berries or fruit of your choice
