There are many ways to lose weight, but this method seems to 
work best to actually getting rid of fat. 






1) Start drinking water at least 8-10 glasses per day. 
STOP drinking sodas (that includes diet) 
Buy a juicer and start juicing at home. Or try to get some juice
 from your local whole foods. 








2) Start eating as much raw vegetables/fruit as possible. Stay away from can vet/fruits. If fresh is not available to you get frozen. 



3) I don't recommend you consume a lot of meat, but if
 you must get lean cuts. Don't FRY!!!!


4) I'm an athlete and have seen people attempt a lot of
 exercise regiments in the gym. Very few work.



This seems to work best:
 


3-5 days a week get on a treadmill or walk up your local street. 


10 minutes walk slow or jog slow (or until you feel you have warm up) 

5 minutes walk or jog at a faster pace 

then burst into a 20 second sprint or fast walk. 

Then 3 minutes walk of jog at above pace 

then burst into 20 again 

repeat this 3 more times. 

Then cool down for 10-15 minutes(or until you feel cool down) 


After you feel your ready try the advance workout: 

same workout except 

10 warm-up 

5 faster pace then warm-up 

10 sec sprint
 
3minute rest
 
10 sec
 
3 minute rest 

10 sec 

2 minute rest 

10 sec 

1 minutes rest
 
10 sec 

5 faster 

20 sec 

3 rest
 
20 sec
 
3 minute rest 

20 sec 

2 minute rest 

20 sec 

1 minutes rest 

20 sec 

5 faster 

30 sec 

3 rest 
30 sec 

3 minute rest 

30 sec 

2 minute rest
 
30 sec 

1 minutes rest
 
30 or until you can't take it any more!! 

COOL DOWN 

THIS WILL TAKE ABOUT 45 min to an hour.
