1/2 cup of almonds
 1 1/2 cup of cashew milk(just cashew and water blended together until a milk forms)
3/4 cup of fresh lemon juice (or whatever fruit you like)
1 tablespoon of vanilla
2 dashes of turmeric(this adds color to the lemon pie not necessary in other pies)
 1/2 cup of raw honey
 3/4 cup coconut oil blend everything except the coconut oil. Blend the coconut oil last.



Pie Crust: 1 cup of cashew ,almonds or pecans
 4-5 medjool dates
 Blend the nuts of your choice together with the dates ,then form a pie crust in a pan.

Freeze for several hours until the pie has set. I kept mine in the freezer because I love the ice cream consistency!
